Wild seatrout are found in the tidal waters on the west side of North Uist and it is from these stocks that we originally drew for our Peat Smoked Seatrout. The seatrout are lightly cured and smoked to preserve the delicate trout flavour and texture. This is a very special product unique to Hebridean Smokehouse and is available in packets of slices and whole sides, sliced and unsliced.
