New Year Deliveries

 

Only UK destinations can be accepted for pre-New Year Delivery on December 30th and 31st.

We will be posting for pre-New Year deliveries on 29th December only and only using Royal Mail Special Delivery services. Customers that elect not to use this service cannot be compensated for late delivery after the holiday as we have no expectation of pre-New Year delivery without Special Delivery.

 

 

 

 

Important Considerations

Who will be at home when the postie calls? - Unless you have a good sized, secure mailbox your parcel will need to be received by hand from the postman. Please be prepared to accept the parcel if you place an order and remember at peak times like Christmas your order may arrive from one to four days after we post it and we cannot guarantee a date or time using Royal Mail 1st Class.

If you are sending a gift let the recipient know it is coming so they can arrange to accept the parcel. If the postman attempts a delivery and fails they willleave you a collection card detailing how you can collect the parcel from a depot - Hebridean Smokehouse cannot accept responsibility for this circumstance or the consequences of such a situation once a delivery attempt has been made.

Please be patient with deliveries - we try very hard to get your fish to you by, or on, the date requested but delivery times vary at Christmas and within areas so if you can please order early. Your parcel my be delivered with your regular mail or at another time of day depending on area and volume of mail being handled by Royal Mail.

 

On arrival please remove all outer packaging and store your products in your refrigerator and use before the date indicated.
