Unique and powerfully flavoured Peat Smoked Lobster Tail is sweet and rich with a little truly going a long way.
Use this fabulous and rare product to create amazing canapés and bon bouche.
Lobsters from the Outer Hebrides are justifiably famous for their quality and sweet flavour and we select the best creel caught specimens from the local lobster fishermen to make our super luxury Peat Smoked Lobster.
Each tail is carefully smoked with locally cut peat before the gentlest of kiln roasting. These rare and extravagant delicacies have a rich robust flavour and make the most exquisite canapés with buckwheat blini and a little sour cream. Use the smoked lobster to add depth of flavour to a risotto or as the focus of a smoked fish selection – a unique product with genuine wow factor.
This product leaves the smokehouse with a 14 day use-by date and should be stored in a refrigerator upon arrival. Our smoked lobster is suitable for home freezing if the vacuum is unbroken for up to 6 months below -180C
