Peat Smoked Salmon Butter

 

A delicious smoked salmon butter accented with dill and lemon that will add a touch of luxury to freshly cooked pasta, grilled fresh fish, to glaze and richly flavour potatoes and steamed asparagus or simply as an enticing accompaniment to fresh bread, oatcakes or crispbreads.

 

Peat Smoked Scallop Butter

 

Uniquely flavoured savoury butter with the sweet smokiness of our scallops, parsley, sage and lemon. Truely fantastic with mushroom tortellini or pasta filled with butternut squash, grilled portobello mushrooms, stirred into rich potato cream soup, or to finish a seafood risotto. Excellent simply with toasted oatcakes or fresh bread.

 

Peat Smoked Lobster Butter

 

Our super-luxury Peat Smoked Lobster blended with butter, Highland Crowdie cream cheese and accented with basil and lime. Savoury butter with real depth of flavour that will lift pasta, steamed asparagus, seafood risotto and grilled or poached fish. A great treat with warm bread or oatcakes.

 

All three of these butters leave us with a 14 day use-by date and should be stored in a refrigerator immediately upon arrival and consumed by the date indicated. We do not recommend these products for home freezing.
