Henshelwood's Horseradish Cream Sauce
Mix this excellent sauce with a little crème fraîche or Greek yoghurt to temper the heat and enjoy with our Peat Smoked Salmon and Peat Smoke Roasted Salmon.
A really good quality horseradish saucemade in small batches with fresh horseradish root.

Henshelwood's Dill Mustard Sauce
A delicious accompaniment to our Peat Smoke Roasted Salmon or Hebridean Gravlax, or mix with a little Greek Yoghurt or crème fraîche to make a milder sauce for our Peat Smoked Sea Trout. Blend a little into a French dressing to give a herby lift to your salads.
