Made in small batches by Macleans of Benbecula these flavoursome traditional accompaniments to smoked salmon pátés are also excellent with cheese and jams. A very well made thick oatcake with plenty of crunch. These oatcakes are wheat free and made under the organic standards of The Soil Association.

Moniack Castle Dill Sauce with mustard
A delicious alternative to mayonnaise with our Peat Smoke Roasted Salmon or mix with a little Greek Yoghurt or crème fraîche to make a milder sauce for our Peat Smoked Sea Trout. Excellent mixed into a French dressing to give a herby lift to your salads.
