The Hebridean Smokehouse is a small family run business located on the island of North Uist, part of the Outer Hebrides, set in the wild waters of the North Atlantic, west of the Scottish mainland. Seen from the air North Uist is a mosaic of freshwater lochs bounded on the eastern side by a rocky edged shore and heather moorland. The western and northern coastline is dominated by sweeping sandy beaches that separate the Atlantic Ocean from the green "machair" pastures inland which support some of the richest wild flower and bird communities found anywhere in Europe. From this amazing and beautiful environment comes our Peat Smoked Salmon & Seatrout, which we then send all over the world.
